Proper Frying Without the Mess
Deep frying in an open pan means oil across the hob and no way to lift food out cleanly. This one has a basket that drops in and lifts straight out, and a lid that keeps the spitting where it belongs.
Small Enough to Actually Use
Most deep fryers are bulky appliances that live in a cupboard because they are a pain to set up. This is a pot — it heats fast, uses less oil, and washes up like any other pan.
Lift-Out Basket
Load the basket, lower it in, lift it out when done. The handle hooks on the rim so oil drains back into the pot instead of onto your worktop.

Gas, electric, ceramic or induction — the flat magnetic base sits properly on all of them, so it goes with you if your kitchen changes.
Not Just for Frying
Take the basket out and it is a small stock pot. Boil pasta, steam dumplings, heat soup, blanch vegetables — it earns its cupboard space.

How much oil does it need?
Fill it about a third to halfway — enough to cover what you are frying, with room for the oil to rise when food goes in. Never fill it more than halfway.
Does it work on induction?
Yes. The base is magnetic stainless steel, so it works on induction as well as gas, electric and ceramic hobs.
Which size should I get?
The smaller size suits one or two people and single batches. Go for the larger one if you cook for a family or want to fry a whole batch of chips at once.
Can I use it for things other than frying?
Yes. Lift the basket out and it works as a small stock pot for pasta, soups, blanching or steaming.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
Yes, all parts are dishwasher safe. Let the oil cool completely before pouring it out and washing.

Worked great on the stove
It's a good product to have in the kitchen, for frying something small in a nice and even way. The only thing is that the body of the container is a bit thin, as is the bottom. Otherwise, it's fine. I recommend it.

It is like described but not a best stainless material.
