30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns

To start a return, please contact us at info@livlyn.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please do not return products to the address shown on the original shipping package unless specifically instructed to do so by us.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@livlyn.com and include your order number and, where applicable, photos showing the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and certain personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Sale Items

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Products purchased at a promotional or discounted price are not automatically considered final sale unless clearly identified as such at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, subject to applicable EU consumer law.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This statutory 14-day right is separate from our general 30-day return policy and does not limit any additional rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
