How to Use It Safely

• Open your pores first with a warm towel or after a shower — dry skin makes it harder and rougher.
• Keep the head moving. Never hold it still on one spot, and never go over the same area more than twice.
• Start on the lowest setting. Higher suction is not better and is what causes bruising.
• Avoid broken skin, active spots, sunburn and the area right around your eyes.
• Limit sessions to once or twice a week, not daily.
• If you have rosacea, eczema or take medication that thins your skin, check with a doctor first.
