It seems a bit vague, but it feels like something good...
The item itself is good, just could be a bit more stable; you have to make the screws very tight if you want it to be sturdy. I used a wrench. The box did come a bit beat up but the product itself was intact.
Not easy to set up but if you are skilful, it will make you happy. I put the pin through my table and it is very steady. Thanks.

A good holder, i use it for a portable display monitor (about 10 inches) and it hasn't fallen off the brackets. Be sure to not over tighten or move when the bolts are already tightened because that can cause it to start loosening up and not hold up properly.
