No. This one runs on Google's Find My Device network and is made for Android phones and tablets. iPhone users need an Apple-compatible tracker instead.
Does it need a subscription or SIM card?
No. There is no monthly fee and no SIM. It connects over Bluetooth to your phone and to Google's network of nearby Android devices.
What happens if I lose something far from home?
Out of Bluetooth range it relies on the Find My Device network — any Android phone that passes near it anonymously updates the location on your map. Coverage depends on how busy the area is.
How long does the battery last?
Around a year of normal use on the coin cell, and you swap it yourself rather than replacing the tracker.
Can I use it to track a person?
No. It is for your own belongings. Placing a tracker on another person or their property without consent is illegal in most countries, and Android warns people when an unknown tracker is travelling with them.
